We provide free shipping PAN India for all purchases made on our website.

Is it possible to change the address after placing an order?

We’re sorry, but it is not possible to change the address details once the order has been placed. Orders are shipped according to the registered address in our system. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before making the payment.

How can I be sure that my personal data will not be misused?

Do not accept the package if the outer packaging is tampered with, damaged, or not in good condition at the time of delivery.

How to update the delivery address?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return the items I have purchased?

Yes, you can return items within 7 days from the date of delivery, as per our Return Policy.
To qualify for return:

  • Products must be unused, untampered, and in original condition, including labels and invoices.
  • The original packaging (box, polybags, stickers, ropes, etc.) must be intact and undamaged.
  • Products showing signs of use (stains, dirt, broken seams, etc.) or lacking QR codes/trademarks will not be accepted.

Use the outer shipping box for return shipment to avoid product damage.
Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after quality verification.

Requests for returns due to color variations (lighting or screen effects) or change of mind are not accepted.
If you send a wrong or used product, two-way shipping charges will apply.

When can I make a product return request?

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must reach the designated return location.

How do I return my order?

Before submitting:

What happens after sending a return request?

What are the conditions for refund?

  1. Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after quality check.
  2. Refunds are issued only if the product is unused, undamaged, and original.
  3. Failed quality checks result in declined refunds; products are held for 45 days for pickup.
  4. Refunds are made through the same payment method used during purchase.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after the returned parcel reaches us.
Your bank may require an additional up to 5 working days to credit the amount.

What refund methods are available at weargamma.com?

Refunds are issued based on the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card → Refund to card
  • Bank Transfer / COD → Refund via bank transfer
  • Cash refunds are not available.

What are the refund rules if a product return or order cannot be fulfilled?

Refunds will be processed according to the amount paid, excluding any e-voucher or discount coupon values.

How to avoid counterfeits?

  • Do not purchase products with tampered or resealed packaging.

Why was my return request cancelled?

Your return request may be cancelled if the product is used, damaged, tampered, or missing original tags/logos. In such cases, refunds are not eligible, and weargamma.com assumes no liability.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

How can I check my order history?

Registered users can log in to their account → My Account → My Orders to view order status and history.

I believe I’ve received a faulty or incorrect item.

Please email gamma.official.in@gmail.com with clear photos of the fault.
We’ll guide you through the return process promptly.

Note: Photos should clearly show the defect and the rest of the product.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, but contact us immediately if you want to cancel.
If cancellation isn’t possible, you can still return the item within 7 days after receiving it.

What if my paid order cannot be fulfilled?

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–15 working days after confirmation.

All products are covered under a 90-day brand warranty from the date of delivery.

If your product develops a manufacturing defect:

Warranty covers:

  • Only manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty excludes:

  • Normal wear & tear, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Color fading, induced tears, or damage due to improper care.
  • Shoe laces and accessories.
  • Products beyond the 90-day warranty period.

How do I clean my Gamma Sneakers?

Caution: Before cleaning, always test the cleaning method on a small, hidden area (like the tongue edge) to ensure the mild soap doesn’t affect color or material.

Cleaning Instructions:

    Wipe gently using a damp cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap.
    Do not machine wash or dry.
  • Leather / Synthetic:
    Use a damp cloth with mild soap and lukewarm water.

  • Suede:
    Brush away dirt using a suede brush only when dry.
    Do not use water or apply direct heat.
  • Drying:
    Air dry at room temperature.
    Stuff shoes with paper to maintain shape and replace paper occasionally during drying.

  • Use a dry or soft-bristled brush to gently remove loose dirt from the outsole, midsole, and upper parts of the shoe.
  • Combine warm water with a little mild detergent or gentle dish soap.
  • Apply a mild cleaning solution to a soft-bristled brush, toothbrush, or cloth.
  • Gently scrub the outsole and midsole, making sure to clean every section thoroughly.

All Gamma products are manufactured in India.
Products are shipped based on current stock availability, and selection is made in random order.

Occasionally, our most popular items may sell out. If they’re part of our core range, they will be restocked soon — so we recommend checking back regularly.

Can I change the product size after ordering?

Size changes or order detail changes cannot be made once an order is placed.

Found your favorite sneakers but they’re out of stock? Don’t worry!
We continuously restock popular products, though we don’t have a fixed restock schedule.
